Found the exact Durango I wanted at Southland. Base GT with a hitch(call it my hemi with a hitch). All the dealers in BR forget to order hitches and I definitely did not want that "black top package". Got there and met with Brad. Best experience ever buying a vehicle and I'm 70+. They gave me 3K more than any dealer Baton Rouge area for my used truck. Deal done, I'm happy camper. Headed back to BR area and the main navigation screen goes dead. Get home, call them. They sent a driver and a loaner to my house. When vehicle got repaired, they returned it to my house. I don't know of another dealer who would do that. Can't say enough about the "no pressure" deal and the level of customer service I received. If there were 10 stars, they would have got 10.

I required about a vechile and Ms cotie responded very quickly. She made the whole process so easy and Quick. She is very easy to talk to and get the job done. She will do ever she can to get you rolling in your new vechile. Jeep girly 101🥰🥰

I can not say enough wonderful things about doing business with Ms Michelle. I have never made any purchase as easily as I did with her. She made everything go seamlessly. She took care of everything and made it look so effortless. I went to Southland dodge with my dad to find a truck. Mr. Melvin helped us with our search. He made our experience so easy. He helped us through everything.
