We came in for a trade in, knowing exactly what we wanted. With the help from Mr. Ben Badon we were in and out with our new (used) Dodge. Everything went smoothly and quickly. He was very professional and helped us with the transition.

When they tell you that a service will take a certain time and you are still waiting way past that time someone should let you know or at least keep you updated. Also it would be great if someone went over the service (in my case a safety recall) that was done.
