I purchased my vehicle from an out of town Dodge dealership. It is due for its first oil change. I made an appointment online with Southland Dodge. I received a call from the service manager stating the appointment was cancelled because I had not purchased my car from them and that the owner of Southland Dodge and the owner of the Dodge dealership I purchased my car from had an issue with each other so Southland Dodge was not willing to service my vehicle.
